Created for those of you who have been wanting to give pole a try and may have challenging schedules that keep you from our 4 week Immersion Intro Series, this 90min workshop will give you a taste of everything we do here!
You'll learn some true beginner friendly pole moves, a bit of sexy floor work, and finish with a little play time to try out all your new skills.
As always, this is a bit more than a pole fitness class experience: Yes, you will learn pole moves, but most importantly we focus on learning how to listen to our bodies and moving in a way that is nourishing and actually feels right for us.
Come as you are. We've got you from there😉
What to wear: Whatever you are most comfortable in-leggings, joggers, and shorts all work.
What to bring: Just your beautiful self and a water bottle. We have everything else you'll need here.
