4-Week Intro to Pole Series

Your journey begins here! A space to let go of expectations and explore strength, play, and freedom in your body. 

You'll discover something new each week as we dance, spin, and slink around the pole.

This series is designed for true beginners. The focus is on having fun as we connect (or reconnect) with our bodies and sensuality. The best part is sharing the experience with a like-minded group of women. 💕

Everyone gets individual instruction and progresses at their own pace, so no worries! Come as you are-we've got you! 

This is a 4-week progressive series (each week builds on the last). If you have prior experience with pole dancing, please reach out to our front desk for placement in one of our Leveled Pole Classes.
